What lease lengths are available?
We offer flexible terms ranging from twelve months to five years. Longer commitments benefit from preferential rates and priority access to the residents' events calendar. Break clauses are available at the 18-month mark on all standard agreements.
Are pets welcome?
Yes. We welcome up to two well-behaved pets per apartment. The courtyard includes a dedicated exercise area and our concierge can arrange dog-walking and grooming services through trusted local partners.
What is included in the monthly rent?
Rent covers building insurance, concierge service, access to all communal amenities, high-speed fibre broadband, water rates and maintenance of shared areas. Council tax, electricity and personal contents insurance are the tenant's responsibility.
Can I furnish the apartment myself?
Every residence is delivered with a curated furniture package, but we understand personal taste matters. You are welcome to bring your own pieces or work with our in-house interior advisor to customise finishes, fabrics and lighting before move-in.
How does the application process work?
After your viewing, you will receive a personalised proposal within 48 hours. Once you confirm interest, we carry out standard referencing — employer, previous landlord and credit checks. The whole process from viewing to key handover typically takes ten to fourteen days.
